If you did not catch The Today Show on Saturday you missed a great segment. Amy Goodman from All You magazine was featured. Goodman offered great strategies for saving money. She recommended that a buyer visit cost comparison websites such as www.pricegrabber.com or use websites that provide coupons before making a purchase. These websites can lead to big savings whether it is a large purchase such as a laptop or something as simple as tunes for your MP3 player. There were even tips on how to cash in on old gift cards. We have also come across some very useful information that will lead to healthier habits and ultimately, a more savvy you:
For instance if you invest a little money into hand sanitizers, vitamins or a glass of orange juice you could cut down on the expense of visiting a doctor- as they say an Apple a Day!
Breakfast is cheap, so eat up. The more you eat in the morning the less you will spend on more expensive meals later in the day.
