Earlier today, The Massachusetts Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (MASFAA) and the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities in Massachusetts (AICUM) hosted “Student Financial Aid Day” at the State House. This event provided a unique opportunity for students from Massachusetts colleges and universities to have direct contact with their Representatives and Senators to convey the importance of need-based financial aid.
Brandeis was proud to be one of dozens of school that sent representatives to this important event. While there, they listened to remarks by elected officials, received advice on how to effectively talk to legislators, and had the opportunity to visit the offices of the representatives who represent Waltham.
Go Brandeis!
